Flexible Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the room amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate:
The non-refundable rate is payable in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or cancelled. No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
